Add 0.5 ml saturated NaCl to each tube and resuspend sediment.

Fill the saturated NaCl to within 10 mm of top of tube.

N.B. Use a flotation fluid of saturated NaCl for strongyle eggs; ZnSO4 for Fasciola eggs; MgSO4 for Metastrongylus/ Trichuris/ Capillaria/ Ascaris eggs.
