Purpose |
||
| Remove the coverslip with a deliberate vertical movement. A drop of liquid will adhere to the underside of the coverslip. Place the coverslip on a microscope slide, so that the liquid is sandwiched between the two layers of glass. Repeat for each of the four tubes.
Examine under a microscope at low power i.e. 10 x 4 or 10 x 10. Identify, count and record the total number of eggs that are seen on the four slides.
