CPD Terms & Conditions

• By making a booking with us you are accepting our terms and conditions.
• It is the responsibility of the course delegate to seek approval from their vet practice to attend an RVC CPD course prior to booking. No refunds can be made if approval has not been given.
• Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
• The Royal Veterinary College reserves the right to alter the programme, date and speakers of any course without prior notification.
• Places may be reserved on courses but payment must be received 4 weeks prior to the course date.
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the course will incur a 15% administration fee, up to a maximum of £50. Refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the course will be at the discretion of the Royal Veterinary College.
• Provisionally reserved places are transferable at no extra cost, subject to availability.
• Accommodation bookings made with hotels are made on behalf of the delegate and the Royal Veterinary College will not be responsible for costs, room types and availability.
• Course fees will be refunded in full for course cancellations made by the Royal Veterinary College. No liability will be accepted for travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred by delegates.
• All course materials are the intellectual property of the Royal Veterinary College.
• The RVC reserves the right to make programme changes.

CPD recorded webinar and Recorded Webinar Plus Terms & Conditions

• Fees will be refunded in full for course cancellations made by the Royal Veterinary College.

• No refunds will be made for unwatched recorded webinars.
• You are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 7 days when purchasing online, at no charge to you, provided that the course has not been accessed. All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order and will be made within 30 days of the refund request. For all refunds and queries please contact us quoting your order number (you will have received this in the email receipt when purchasing from this site).
• You do not need to watch your recorded webinar/recorded Webinar Plus immediately but once you activate the webinar you will have two/four weeks to watch it.  Within those two/four weeks you can watch the webinar/s as often as you like.
• CPD certificates are emailed for all online courses. For live courses this happens two weeks after the end date of the course. For recorded courses you will need to request your certificate. By requesting a certificate you are confirming that you have completed the required hours of CPD. Certificates for onsite courses will be given at the end of the course day.
