If your pet is extremely unwell and you are worried that they may need emergency treatment, then please contact your local veterinary practice immediately so that you can be been seen as quickly as possible. They can discuss treatment plans with us, with possible return to us once it is safe for your pet to make the journey, as required.

If your pet is not critically ill, please contact us on 01707 666399 (select option 5).

The receptionists will take your details and a brief overview of the situation and then either contact the veterinary team from the service that previously treated your pet or the emergency referral team depending on the day and time of your call.  A vet will call you back to discuss a plan for your pet.
