How to order
All items are subject to availability, please order early to avoid disappointment. All sizes quoted are approximate. All product prices include VAT at the standard rate.
Online: You can order all of our products day or night via our online shop: www.rvc.ac.uk/act/shop. Many additional items are available, including our fantastic sale bargains!
By telephone: Call 01707 666314 and have your credit or debit card details to hand. Lines are open from 9.30am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
By post: Simply complete the order form at the back of the catalogue and return it with your payment to RVC ACT, Hawkshead Lane, North Mymms, Herts, AL9 7TA.
Payment: We welcome payment by cheque, postal order or credit/debit card (exc. American Express). Please make cheques payable to RVC ACT. All card details are securely destroyed after payment is taken. Don’t forget to take 10% off your order if you are a Friend of the ACT - one of our direct debit or standing order donors who give regularly.
Postage and packaging: A charge of £2.95 is made on all UK orders. For international postage rates, please order online or call 01707 666314. All items are sent via Royal Mail second class post. Goods will normally be delivered in the UK within 5 working days of order receipt but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please allow enough time for any onward postage. Goods may arrive in more than one parcel. Our last order receipt date for Christmas delivery is Friday 11th December 2015.
Cancelling your order: We strive to process your order as soon as possible after receiving it to ensure that you can receive your goods quickly. If you decide after submitting your order (by post, phone or online) that you would like to cancel it, please call 01707 666314 within 24 hours for a refund of the entire purchase price and the cost of standard postage, as long as you refuse delivery and “Return to Sender” when the order arrives, otherwise you will be liable for
postage costs. If you do not call within 24 hours, unfortunately we will not be able to refund your postage charges.
Refunds & exchanges: We hope you’ll be delighted with every item you purchase, but if you’re not we’ll offer you an exchange or a refund whatever the reason. Just let us know within 30 days of delivery by contacting us on 01707 666314 or act@rvc.ac.uk. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returning non faulty items. Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition with the packing slip, reason for return and a request for a refund or details of the item you wish to order instead. Once we receive the items we will process any refunds within 7 days and contact you to take payment of £2.95 for any return postage, unless the item is faulty. The RVC ACT cannot be held liable for returned items which do not reach us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

All orders can be collected from Bolton’s Park Farm, 44 Hawkshead Road, Potters Bar, Herts EN6 1NB or delivery can be arranged for an extra charge.
All pro ts from the sale of turkeys will support the RVC’s farm based projects.
