Hoteling Desks

Staff at the RVC are able to book a desk at either our Camden or Hawkshead Campus using SiQ (SpaceIQ).

To facilitate the changes in working styles and the Working from Home Policy the RVC offers a number of hoteling desks which can be pre-booked. If you are using a web browser these can be booked via the SiQ website or if you are on a mobile device there is Mobile App you can install.

Desks can be booked up to 6 months in advanced and on a recurring bases, if required.

Web Browser

  1. Visit the SiQ website at https://main.spaceiq.com/
  2. Click on the 'Login with SSO' button.
  3. Enter your RVC email address and click 'Continue'.
  4. Book a desk at one of the following locations using the Book Desk button (see the SiQ help guide):

Mobile App

  1. Download the SiQ Mobile App.
  2. Open the app and enter your RVC email address and a verification code will be sent to your RVC email account, enter this to login.
  3. Book a desk at one of the following locations using the Desk button (see the SiQ help guide):
    • Hobday (basement floor)
    • CEEED (Ground Floor)
    • Eclipse (First Floor)
    • Eclipse (Second Floor)
