As the Business Architect within the Business Improvement Unit, my main responsibilities include –

• Designing and delivering a cohesive approach to the College’s collection, management, security and use of data.
• Designing and planning improvements in its approach to digitalisation which support the New Ways of Working (WOW) Project.
• Coordinating and overseeing business improvement projects across PSD and the wider College where relevant.
• Promoting business process and system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establishing the business and data architecture of the College.
